Eligibility:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Financial Qualification: The individual should possess the ability to develop new business and mobilize resources through internal or external means. He/ She should be able to personally invest around 40% of the total project cost.
- Business experience: The individual should posses a minimum of 2 years of experience in any functional area, preferably in the operations in the middle-level management. Be self-employed in business, preferably in the education industry.
- Geographical Knowledge: The candidate should possess complete knowledge of the area where he/she is willing to set up the education center.
- Commitment: The candidate should be involved full-time in the business or source professional to help it run efficiently. He/ She should abide by the mission and vision of Streamlyn Academy.

FRANCHISE SUPPORT
Training Support:
- Streamlyn Academy organizes an induction program for new business owners and their staff members.
- All faculty and sales staff members will be trained by Streamlyn Academy.
- Any new product launch will be supported by technical and sales training.
Operational Support:
- The admission process will be designed by Streamlyn Academy.
- Quality support will be designed by Streamlyn Academy.
- Course-wise support will be provided by Streamlyn Academy.
- Certification examination conducted, and final certificates to the students will be provided by Streamlyn Academy.
INVESTMENT AND PROPERTY:
- Finance: The candidate should be capable of investing approx. 4 Lakhs to 5 Lakhs to set up the new business.
- Build-up Area: The candidate should have at least 1000 SqFt of build-up area either owned or on rent at a prominent place in the city/town of business operation.

- No. The business partner must arrange for all the finances.

- Yes. Renewal of licenses are required every three years depending on the terms & conditions prevailing at that time.
- Can I set up more than one Academy of Streamlyn?
- Yes. Based on the business opportunity, Streamlyn Academy may permit an existing business partner for the same.
Is there any process of site selection for the new center?
- Initially, the Business Partner must suggest a list of possible site locations for the new center. In the later stages, Streamlyn Academy will single out the best location from all those suggested.

Can I take the franchise of some other educational company along with Streamlyn Academy?
- No. Streamlyn Academy restricts its business partners from becoming the business partner of any other company in the same business as Streamlyn Academy.
How do I prepare my center infrastructure?
- After the sign-up process, Streamlyn Academy Channel’s development wing will guide the business partner on setting up an education center.
How many employees are required initially to set up a Streamlyn Academy education center?
- Initially, the business partner requires three manpower to start the venture. They require a counsellor, a business development manager, and a center manager.
What is the process of recruiting manpower for my Streamlyn Academy Centre?
- The profile of the manpower will need to be drawn up by the Business Partner/Center head, though the final approval will have to come from Streamlyn Academy.
What support will Streamlyn Academy provide to the business partner for running the business efficiently?
- Streamlyn Academy will provide ongoing support to Sales & Marketing, Education Delivery, and operations through regular support visits to the business partner center-
